Getting to UNSW from Sydney CBD
Public Transport:
If you are coming from Central station or the CBD, catch the light rail L2 Randwick Line to Upper Campus & disembark at UNSW Gate 9 on High Street (at the corner of Wansey Road).
You can also catch the L3 Kingsford Line to Lower Campus & disembark at a dedicated stop near University Mall on Anzac Parade.
The high-frequency light rail services run every 4-8 minutes between Circular Quay and Central, and every 8-12 minutes between Central and Randwick from 7.00AM- 7.00PM peak on weekdays. Tap on and off with credit, debit or Opal card via readers on the platform.
There are also several bus services available from the CBD and surrounding suburbs that provide access to UNSW. Visit Transport NSW to plan your trip.
Drop off/Uber/Taxi:
If arriving by Uber/taxi, the closest drop off at UNSW is via UNSW Gate 2 on High Street.
Car:
Enter UNSW Gate 11 via Botany Street. Casual and visitor parking is available on Levels 5 & 6 of the Botany Street parking station (H25 on Campus Map). Payment for casual parking is via the CellOPark App and ‘pay by plate meters’ at current rates.
